* Day Rate does not include the Conference Dinner. Participants registering for the Day Rate can purchase Conference Dinner admission ($95), provided the payment is received prior to Friday, December 6th 2024.

# If the student rate is selected, the attendee will need to provide evidence of student status on arrival at the conference (e.g. a student card or certification of status signed by the university).

Please note that your full registration will be effective only after receiving the total AUD amount due by bank transfer or by credit card (PayPal).

Methods of Payment

Registration fees can be paid by one of the following methods:
1. Credit Card (through the Paypal system)
2. Bank Transfer

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 30 days from receipt of the payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Any notification of cancellation must be notified in writing.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

A $30 administration fee will be applicable to any cancellations, substitutions or modifications made to original registrations, in addition to any retained registration costs.

The RACI holds ultimate discretion, and no further discussions will be entered into.

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be lodged via the RACI Event Cancellation/Refund Request Form. Click here

Cancellation more than 30 days before the conference: 100% refund (minus administration fee)

Cancellation 30 days or less, but more than 14 days, before the conference: 80% refund (minus administration fee)

Cancellation 14 days or less before the conference: No refund

A substitution nomination may be applicable in line with our Substitution Policy.
